- The event will be live from May 21, 2023, at 5 PM IST (“Event”).
- There will be one tournament per day that will start at 5 PM.
- The offer is valid only on the below-mentioned promotions.
| Rummy Tournament | Highest ranked (Rank 1) player on the leaderboard will be entitled to win the Tournament reward, a Samsung Galaxy F14 5G (“Phone”), as per the Terms and Conditions set out below. Leaderboard position will be determined by the score of the player in the games conducted at each stage of the tournament, with a higher score resulting in a higher position in the leaderboard. |
- The user who is getting the Phone will have the option to select between the Phone or deposit cash or winning cash equivalent to the price of the Phone.
- If the user chooses to opt for the cash equivalent, the cash will be credited to the user. The user can withdraw this amount by paying TDS on net positive winnings.
- General Terms:
- Our customer support team will reach out to the Rank 1 Player post leaderboard completion
- Our customer support team will attempt to reach out to the winning user on their registered phone number for 2 days. In case, there is no or inadequate response from the user during this period of 2 days, the Phone will be awarded to the next ranked player on the leaderboard.
- The timeline for the delivery of the Phone will be communicated to you by our Customer Support team, which shall be at least 60 days from the date of the tournament end.
- The winner will have to submit their PAN number along with a copy of the PAN card, failing which MPL will have the right to not give the Phone to such a user.
- Participation in a promotion shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein.
- In the event that the Phone cannot be provided by MPL due to any reasons including but not limited to unavailability of stock, MPL will provide the cash equivalent in withdrawable winnings cash or deposit cash to the winner.
- MPL’s decision with respect to all aspects of a promotion shall be final and binding. MPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter, or modify any promotion/Tournament or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity.
- Only Indian nationals aged 18 years or above and located in India can take part in the Event – for more information please refer to MPL’s T&Cs.
- These present Terms shall at all times be subject to the MPL’s Platform T&Cs.
- Marketing:
- By participating in this Event the winner consents to provide his image, interview, and Gameplay Content among others, to be used as promotional content by MPL and its media partners by any means MPL sees fit for its business purpose. MPL will not be required to take any confirmation from the winner in this regard.
- In relation to your Gameplay Content (i.e. all text, videos, visual, names, likenesses, artwork, images, MPL name, logo, trademark or trade name’), you agree that MPL has all copyrights and derivative rights in your Gameplay Content and a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, publish, republish or reproduce your Gameplay Content by any means MPL sees fit for the promotional purpose, including sharing your name, username and images to social media and third party media channels. You irrevocably waive any claim against MPL relating to the use of your Gameplay Content and promise not to bring any such claim or action in the future. You also waive any right to inspect, modify, approve or disapprove the layout, representation, presentation or other aspect of your Gameplay Content as recorded by MPL during the Tournament, and understand that the Gameplay Content will be the property of MPL absolutely.
- You understand and agree that as a winner, you may be required by MPL to participate in promotional activities organized by MPL, such as providing a testimonial, including text, interview, names, likenesses, artwork, and images (collectively, my ‘Testimonial’). You will make yourself available to prepare the Testimonial as per the directions provided by MPL. You waive any right to inspect, modify, approve, or disapprove the layout, representation, presentation or other aspect of your Testimonial after you submit it to MPL and understand that the Testimonial will be the property of MPL absolutely.
- The Tournament is not open to employees, officers, or directors of MPL, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, group companies, authorized agents, consultants, independent contractors, interns, and short-term/temporary employees (‘MPL Affiliates’). Any and all MPL Affiliates are not eligible to participate or win in the Tournament unless explicitly specified in their contract.
