Terms & Conditions
- The event will be live from 24th March, 2022, 12 am IST to 29th May, 2022, 11:59 pm IST (“Event”).
- The Platinum Package will be the most luxurious package of all. Players will be awarded a Business Class round trip travel, 25K INR Visa Charges, 7N/8D hotel stay, an exclusive chopper ride to experience the city of Vegas from the skies, and $10,000 in the bankroll.
- The Gold package will award the user a round trip travel, 5N/6D stay in Vegas, an exclusive chopper ride to experience the city of Vegas from the skies, and $5000 in bankroll.
- The Silver package consists of a round trip flight, 5N/6D stay in Vegas, an exclusive chopper ride to experience the city of Vegas from the skies, and $2500 bankroll.
- The Bronze package consists of a round trip flight, 4N/5D stay in Vegas, an exclusive chopper ride to experience the city of Vegas from the skies, and $800 bankroll.
- Night shows in Vegas will be subject to availability and there will not be any monetary settlement for the same. A player can not cash out the value of the show ticket.
- In case the player is not able to travel or in case of cancellation of the event due to the Covid pandemic or due to any other unforeseeable reason beyond MPL’s control,
- The player will be given the option to cash out bankroll amounts in real cash by paying 30% TDS.
- In case the player is not traveling and opts to cash out the bankroll amount, the air travel and hotel stay will not be reimbursed. Air travel and hotel stay will be paid at actuals be only if the player is actually traveling
- Reimbursements of flights and stay & bankroll
- Hotel stay is capped at Rs 15K per night and will be paid on an actual basis. Stay voucher/bill needs to be submitted and the amount will be processed to the player only after the stay period is over.
- Return flights will be capped at Rs 1.5 Lac for Bronze, Silver and Gold packages and Rs 3.5 Lac for the Platinum package. Flights will be reimbursed only after the player shares the boarding pass and will be paid on actuals.
- Cost of travel insurance and any other expenses not explicitly covered above shall not be borne by MPL.
- If a player wins more than one Vegas package, he will get a bankroll amount added to the package value. Travel and stay expenses will be paid as per the highest package won and the balance amount, if any, cannot be converted or reimbursed.
- By participating in this Event the winner consents to provide his image, interview etc., to be used as promotional content by MPL and its media partners.
- Winners will be contacted on their registered email IDs and/or mobile number for this purpose within 7 days from the completion of the Tournament.
- Participation in a promotion shall be treated as unconditional acceptance by the participant to all the applicable terms and conditions mentioned herein.
- MPL’s decision with respect to all aspects of a promotion shall be final and binding. MPL reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify any promotion/Tournament or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time during its validity.
- You agree that your use of and conduct in relation to the package shall be in a way that does not adversely affect MPL’s standing and reputation. You shall not indulge in any activity(s) that shall result in defamation or disparagement of MPL, in any way, or form.
- You understand and acknowledge that MPL cannot control your safety (including any action that may cause physical or bodily harm) during your use of the package. Accordingly, MPL shall not be held responsible or liable in case of such an event.
- Only Indian nationals aged 18 years or above and located in India can take part in the promotion/Tournament, and users cannot be from Restricted States – for more information please refer to MPL’s T&Cs.
- Prize restriction: There will be a limit of one (1) prize per person and per household. Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash; however, MPL reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions in its sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions in cash or otherwise, except at MPL’s discretion. MPL reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent monetary value if a prize cannot be awarded as described. MPL will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.
- You will be liable to MPL for any damage or cost (including reasonable attorney fees) it may suffer arising out of your use of the package.
- In relation to your Gameplay Content (i.e. all text, videos, visual, names, likenesses, artwork, images, MPL name, logo, trademark or trade name’), you agree that MPL has all copyrights and derivative rights in your Gameplay Content and a non-exclusive, perpetual right to use, publish, re-publish or reproduce your Gameplay Content by any means MPL sees fit for the promotional purpose, including sharing your name, username and images to social media and third party media channels. You irrevocably waive any claim against MPL relating to the use of your Gameplay Content and promise not to bring any such claim or action in the future. You also waive any right to inspect, modify, approve or disapprove the layout, representation, presentation or other aspect of your Gameplay Content as recorded by MPL during the Tournament, and understand that the Gameplay Content will be the property of MPL absolutely.
- You understand and agree that as a winner, you may be required by MPL to participate in promotional activities organized by MPL, such as providing a testimonial, including text, interview, names, likenesses, artwork, images (collectively, my ‘Testimonial’). You will make yourself available to prepare the Testimonial as per the directions provided by MPL. You waive any right to inspect, modify, approve or disapprove the layout, representation, presentation or other aspect of your Testimonial after you submit it to MPL and understand that the Testimonial will be the property of MPL absolutely.
- The Tournament is not open to employees, officers, directors of MPL, including its subsidiaries, affiliates, group companies, authorized agents, consultants, independent contractors, interns, and short-term / temporary employees (MPL Affiliates’). Any and all MPL Affiliates are not eligible to participate or win in the Tournament unless explicitly specified in their contract.
